Exchange Policy
If your item doesn't fit, we'll make it right. Contact us and we'll arrange a driver to pick up your original order and deliver your exchange at the same time — one visit, both ways.
Before the driver arrives, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- Original transparent bag is intact and included
- Original tag is still attached to the item
Items received without the transparent bag or tag will be returned to you and the exchange will not be processed.
A delivery charge applies to all exchanges.
